Yes, you are able to drag the shipping options within Woocommerce > Shipping > Zone. Which is useful. But, within the Vendor’s view, the Admin can’t drag the order of the vendor’s shipping method like you can now in the Front End Manager. Could that be added in a future version? It would be helpful. I see this feature has been added in Front End Manager in the latest version of everything. THANK YOU! Would it be possible to allow Admins to re-arrange as well through the WCMP > Vendors > Vendor Shipping area as well in an upcoming update?

Excellent! Be sure to make it re-arrangeable in the Front End Manager as well. Vendors will love being able to move their options to make the most common default at top.
