    Good Day,

    How can we enable the feature that sends an email to the vendor as well as the store owner when a new order gets placed. Is there a shortcode that needs to be inserted into the wooCommerce email section?

    Hi @kevin.batchelor, by default we send mail to vendors regarding the new order and WooCommerce sends admin the email :

    Now as you are not getting the mails, please check the spam folder.
