KeymasterHi @arturvirabyan15, as you can see it is working fine on our end https://fluvid.com/videos/detail/jkD6GU6K97U5zDo8P
Can you please recheck the flow again. If the issue is still there, please do share a video of the flow, so we can check.

ParticipantOkay, I’ll make a video right now so you can see everything. If you choose the payment method “Pay on delivery” then this payment will not calculate the percentage.
But if you buy a product that was added by the admin and not the vendor, the Syntax error that was at the time of the order will not be, this means that the problem is not in Woocommerce but in WCMP -

KeymasterSorry to hear that. But you need to reconfigure the global Commission and check if the issue is still there.
Please note, commission by product only works from global settings i.e. MultiVendorX >> Settings >> Commission. -

Keymaster@arturvirabyan15, let me explain you. As you are using this commission type i.e. https://prnt.sc/eei8pUZfzXOr
Hence you need to set commission type from here only.If you want to set commission for each product then you need to change the commission tyoe to either percentage or fixed etc.

ParticipantSorry, but again I didn’t understand anything, it says “Commission by Product Price”, I chose this, and set all the percentages for prices from below, which I’m not doing right, I just don’t understand, can you show in the video step by step what needs to be done?

Keymasterlet me explain here :
You can select either Commission by Product Price or Percentage/fixed commission.
For Commission by product price you have to set a rule , where you will set how much commission you will earn as per the price. For better understanding please follow this video : https://fluvid.com/videos/detail/mrDXxc8ZA-iDQyYBM
For fixed/percentage commission, then only you need to set commisison for each product : https://fluvid.com/videos/detail/jkD6GU6Z3zI5z49wq

KeymasterWe will add the fix in our next update by next week.
We have also added a fix in our GitHub.
So, after downloading the plugin from here – https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/archive/refs/heads/main.zip, follow these steps :
– Delete the installed WC Marketplace via wp-admin >> plugin
– Unzip the GitHub plugin
– Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
– Install this plugin on your site.
Please do keep us posted. -

ParticipantAnd if something cannot be updated through the admin panel?

ParticipantThe problem is partially solved, there is a conflict between your plugin and the PolyLang for Woocommerce plugin, I talked to them, and they said that this problem is only related to your plugin, and they cannot solve the problem, because then there will be problems with the rest of the plugins, and you yourself must solve this problem, I ask you to solve this problem, if necessary, I can pay for it.
This problem occurs when the user selects “pay on delivery”, and if you disable your plugin, there will be no problems at all

Participantand I also deleted the plugin, installed a new one and it didn’t help, the problem is not solved, maybe I didn’t install the plugin correctly, because I didn’t understand where to change the master tag.

ParticipantAnd you can make a video so that I can understand how to update your plugin correctly, or you can do it yourself, I gave you access to the site, and I allow you to update the plugin

KeymasterOur replies are inline :
– PolyLang for Woocommerce>> As this is a paid plugin, so we need help from their plugin author.
So can you ask them exactly what might cause this issue?
Does they use any woocommerce hook/filter, during checkout in their code?– you can make a video so that I can understand how to update your plugin correctly, or you can do it yourself, I gave you access to the site, and I allow you to update the plugin

Keymaster@arturvirabyan15, we would love to help you out.
However, providing third-party plugin compatibility is beyond our free support policy.
So you can follow any two methods:
1. Hire our service team so they will provide a solution for this third-party conflict.
or
2. Use WPML along with MultiVendorX. You will have your own multilingual site, as wpml is compatible with MultiVendorX. -

ParticipantYou can check whether admin commission is set up correctly on my website, I want to take a percentage of the price of the product, for example, I have a test product on my website, it costs 400 AMD, and for this price I have set 30%, so I have to earn 120 AMD, but my site does not show how much I earned from this sale, and the vendor’s earnings show 288 AMD, but it should be 280, please check it and let me know so that I can finish the rest of the work and start earning

Keymaster@arturvirabyan15 We tried to recreate the scenario shared by you on our end .Here after testing vendor is getting commission of 280$ for the product amount of 400$.
For this, the flow goes like— MultiVendorX>>Settings>>Commissions>>You can set details (shown in the video)
https://fluvid.com/videos/detail/Gy9Yvt9MMRSxyne5D
If you still face issue please let us know. -
