Migration from WCMP to MVX Pro is broken

      Hello.

We’ve been using WCMP for a few years and upgraded to MVX. There’s several things that are not working. First, I cannot activate any module. Clicking on the tick on the module page to activate a module reloads the page, but it goes back to 0 modules activated.

The product introduced crashes, such as the option ‘mvx_all_active_module_list’ not existing, and being defaulted to ‘true’, whereas code expect an array. It seems this variable was supposed to be initialized as a array in some setup wizard code, but there were no setup wizard anywhere when I upgraded it. Another crash, the filter ‘woocommerce_admin_disabled’ is overridden by your function ‘mvx_remove_woocommerce_admin_from_vendor’, but it doesn’t have the filter parameter as function input, and it can possibly not return anything (there is no default false case), crashing other code with NULL.

Could it have anything to do with multisite? It’s frustrating, we’re about to begin our highest selling period of the year and several things are broken now. 🙁 I hope you can provide swift help.

Hi Sorry to hear that you have faced this issue.

But we checked on our end, there is no such problem at the time of enabling modules. However as you are running multisite, hence we do need to check on your end.

So can you please create a test site in your end and share the admin, ftp access so we can check.

We haven’t heard back from you, so we presume this issue has been fixed.
So we are closing this one.
If you need any further help, do open another thread.
