    When vendors are signing up to plans they are not being added as a vendor. The order is just showing as a regular woocommerce product. The Strip subscription is not going through either.

    The plans are setup as MVX Subscriptions and the webhook is added in stripe. What could be causing this?

    @Amy Lambrou Let me assist you with the flow here.
    Any vendor plan added in your site, all are woocommerce product but the product are Vendor Subscription product. The reason we add them as product, because this enables you to use any woocommerce payment gateway for the payment part.
    The same concept goes for MVX Stripe or paypal too. Only when the order is fully paid and the order status is complete, the vendor will be added under that plan.

    The orders are set to complete but they are not being added to vendor section. Or the subscription in stripe.

    We are trying to add these customers to a membership manually but can’t see how to do that? There is a dropdown for ‘Assign Subscription Pack’ but no packs on there?

    Amy, you can only assign non-recurring memberhsip plan.
    So please check that first.
