Hi Team,
I am trying to edit the standard emails that are sent out by multivendorX (specifically: approved-vendor-account.php).I first tried to edit it via https://picflick.co.za/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email§ion=wc_email_approved_new_vendor_accounthttps://picflick.co.za/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email§ion=wc_email_approved_new_vendor_account, however this did not work.
I then tried to manually add the file to the htdocs/wp-content/themes/galleria/MultiVendorX/emails. This did not work.
I also use Theme Customizations plugin, so I tried to add the file to htdocs/wp-content/plugins/theme-customisations-master/custom/templates/MultiVendorX/emails. This also did not work.
Where can I add the .php file so that my custom emails can be sent.

Hi @Picflick You will get all the template files of the emails sent by MultiVendorX here https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/tree/main/templates/emails.
For all the templates you will get the overriding path in the templates. You will have to just follow that accordingly to override the templates in your child theme.
If you need any further assistance please let us know. -

Thank you. But it does not seem to have all of the files, for example, where is new-vendor-subscription.php (https://ibb.co/3NNVcV5)

@Picflick, As the Marketplace Membership module is a part of MultiVendorX Pro hence the template is not present there.
To override the new-vendor-subscription.php template file follow the below mentioned overriding path –
yourtheme/mvx-vendor-membership/emails/new-vendor-subscription.php -

Thanks. That worked.
And the rejected-vendor-account.php?
I amended the email here: MultiVendorX/emails/rejected-vendor-account.php (see https://ibb.co/6Z34QmG) but it did not work?
Also, when I navigate to WooCommerce >> Settings >> Emails >> Rejected Vendor Account, it states that it should be copied to a different path (see https://ibb.co/9n1L6mP).
Which is correct please? -

Hi , as I can see you have created a folder called Templates, there is no need for this https://prnt.sc/RS988ckceG5O
Please follow the instruction we have shared inside the template i.e. Override this template by copying it to yourtheme/MultiVendorX/emails/rejected-vendor-account.php. It should work now.

I see you have now amended the above post to seem as if I did not follow your initial advice. I’d like to put on record that you were incorrect by advising me to put in /templates folder (as per this image: https://ibb.co/tK4NfPL).
Secondly, this is where I placed it originally (as per my first post), which did not work – https://ibb.co/6Z34QmG
