      I have a bunch of sellers with products that the users cannot buy because the users did not set up payment and shipping. I need the sellers when they register to sell on the site to be forced to setup payment and shipping before adding the products. How can this be done? Now the site is not working for customers because most of the products cannot be purchase. Please help asap.

      Hello @Nathan Wolhendler, In the default process, users are unable to proceed with purchasing a vendor’s products unless the vendor has added payment and shipping information from their dashboard. If you wish to make the shipping and payment fields mandatory for vendors on your platform, you will need to incorporate custom code accordingly on your end.

      Can you tell me what these 2 fields are called, also how will this play out on the vendors side? Will they get a message that the fields are mandatory changes cannot be saved?
      Is there a way to just simplify the flow? Once the are approved they get an email with a link to the dashboard, they have to setup their store details, payment, shipping and only then can they add products? Otherwise this is not working in real time because the site is full of products that cannot be purchased

      Hello @Nathan Wolhendler, on the vendor dashboard page we already show a store progress bar to notify the vendor the sections that he needs to configure. (http://tinyurl.com/ypqolhzu).
      If you wish to incorporate a feature to designate specific settings as required, you’ll need to implement this through custom code on your end.

      Unfortunately, we don’t currently have pre-existing code for this specific function. At the moment, our development team is occupied with adding HPOS support for MultiVendorX, and this may result in a delay in providing the custom code you need. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to accommodate your request. Thank you for your patience.
