email notifications for the seller not working

      Hi,
      as a newly registered seller, he does not receive any notifications regarding the auction.
      I installed emaillogs and simply no notifications are sent to the vendor. I only received a notification when I created an account and another notification only when I won the auction.

      Messages come to the admin, they come to the buyer, but nothing comes to the seller.

      Notifications should come when:
      – after adding the product, you should receive an email from the seller informing you that the product is waiting for approval
      – after the admin accepts the product, an email should be sent to the seller confirming that the product has been accepted and is on sale
      – after each auction overbid, an email should be sent to the seller informing that someone has overbid the auction
      – after the end of the auction, an email should be sent to the vendor about the status of the auction, that the product has been sold/not sold, etc.

      Meanwhile, I have not received any of these notifications, no message has been sent.
      I don’t know if it’s a settings issue or an error, but I’m asking for help and verification.

      I turned plugins off and on.
      I tested on the default template.

      If you give me a hidden field, I will give you access to wp-admin data.

      Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end. Kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url and temporary admin and FTP access of your staging site with us so that we can look into it and help you accordingly.

      Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.
