We’ve reviewed the flow you mentioned, and the “subscription” product types are appearing as expected in the allowed product type section on the edit product page of Membership Plans. However, we noticed that the “WP Affiliate” module is not currently supported in the “MVX Addons” section.

Not to worry—we’ve informed the team about this, and support for the “WP Affiliate” module in the “MVX Addons” section of Membership Plans will be included in a future update.
