      This issues relates specifically to the “Payment Method” area of our checkout page.

      1) We select the MVX module – Stripe Marketplace (Real time Split)
      2) Enter our Stripe Connect Client, Publishable, and Secret Keys
      3) Hit the tab “Enable Stripe Marketplace”

      However, when you look at our checkout page, the “Payment Method” area says “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”

      The “Payment Method” area will allow for different plugins to enable checkout (including other Stripe plugins).
      However, all of these methods were not capable of doing what the Stripe Marketplace (Real time Split) module is expected to do.

      Please create a staging site that is an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site URL, along with temporary admin and FTP access, so we can look into the issue and assist you accordingly.

      Additionally, kindly confirm if we have permission to deactivate plugins and themes on your site for troubleshooting.

      @Jurgen Koster, Thank you for sharing the staging site. The Stripe Marketplace payment option is appearing correctly on our end, so we need to troubleshoot why it is not showing on your side.

      To proceed, we would need FTP access. It would be greatly appreciated if you could share the FTP credentials with us. Alternatively, please let us know if we have your permission to reset your site to check whether the issue is caused by database corruption.

      @Jurgen Koster, Thanks for getting back to us. You can reach out to the Wix team and request access so that we can access the file manager by logging in.

      Alternatively, you can ask them to reset your database for the staging site and you can reconfigure Stripe marketplace on your staging site to see if the issue persists.

Since we are not database experts, we initially attempted to reset the site using a plugin on your end. However, as seen here: https://tinyurl.com/29bacy7a, we were unable to install the plugin to reset your database.

      Given our limited expertise with databases, we strongly recommend reaching out to your database administrator to reset the database of your staging site. Once that is done, you can reconfigure our plugins on your staging site to test the Stripe Marketplace flow. Please keep us updated on whether the issue persists.

      We hope you understand our hesitation in directly accessing your database—we want to ensure everything remains secure and nothing goes wrong on your end. Let us know how we can assist further!
