      Hi,

I’m currently using the Divi theme, and I’ve encountered some issues when accessing the user dashboard to add or edit products via MultiVendorX:

When I click on tabs like ‘Inventory’, ‘Linked Products’, etc., the page just scrolls to the top instead of displaying the relevant content.

In the Product Manager, the list of products appears shifted to the right and is partially cut off.

These problems disappear when I switch to the Twenty Twenty-Five theme, so it seems theme-related.

Could you please let me know:

      Is MultiVendorX compatible with Divi?

Are there any known conflicts, settings, or customisations I can try to resolve these layout and tab issues?

Thanks in advance for your help!

      Hi @Rebekah,

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing an issue.

As the issue appears to be theme-related, could you please create a staging site that replicates your live site and share the following details with us?

      – Staging site URL

      – Temporary admin access

      – FTP credentials

This will help us investigate the issue more effectively.

Kindly remember to mark your reply as private when sharing any access details.

      Looking forward to your response.

Hello there, Thank you for sharing the access details with us.

Could you please confirm if we have your permission to deactivate plugins and themes on your site for troubleshooting purposes? Also, kindly share the FTP access details as well.

When sharing this information, please remember to mark your reply as private.

Hello Rebekah, Thank you for confirming and for sharing the FTP details.

However, after connecting, we noticed that we’re unable to access any files through the provided FTP credentials. It appears that the connection is either restricted or not pointing to the correct directory.

Could you please double-check the FTP access on your end and ensure it grants us permission to view and manage the plugin and theme files of your site? Once we have the correct access, we’ll be able to proceed with the investigation.

      Looking forward to your update.

Thank you for the update. We’re now able to access the files successfully.

Please allow us some time to investigate further — we’ll keep you informed of any updates along the way.

We’ve implemented a fix for the issue by adding a custom code snippet to the functions.php file of the Divi theme.

For your reference, you can view the code here:

Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.

thanks for that, can I just move that snippet to the child theme?

      Hi there!
Yes, you can definitely move that snippet to your child theme. Just make sure to remove it from the parent theme if it’s already there.
Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.
