Add to Cart button not hiding

      Hello,

      We installed WC Catalog Enquiry (FREE) plugin Version 4.0.5 to test and wanted to upgraded with Pro version after successful test. But FREE version is not working as it should do. We are using the following:

      Wordpress Version: WordPress 5.9.3
      WooCommerce Version: Version 6.4.1

      I only installed the above 2 plugin and using default wordpress theme i.e. “Twenty Twenty-Two, Version: 1.1”

      After activating this plugin and applying the suggested setting. “Add to Cart” butoon not dis-appearing, and Enquiry form also not opening.

      Please check and advise.

      Hi, thanks for getting in touch with us.
      In order to disable “Add to Cart” button and enable “Enquiry form” for all products kindy disable the option “Product enquiry button when product is out of stock” (see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/gHN6TgL8tKsS ).
      Since this option is enabled in your settings page of catalog ( https://prnt.sc/RHwtpLyTlfPb ) for this reason you are not getting enquiry form for all the products but it will be visible for only the products which is out of stock.

      Kindly share a screenshot of the Button Appearance tab of your settings page.

      We tried to recreate this on our end but didn’t face any such issues (see screenshot- https://prnt.sc/V4YPSS2LBeh2 )

      It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and WCMp add-ons check again.
      If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Twenty and check again.

      Kindly create a staging site and share admin,ftp access.
      Please note that do not forget to mark the response as private while sharing the access.
