Hi guys,
I’m having trouble cause the Customer Query it’s only accessible to ADMIN and i need it to be accessible also to SHOP MANAGER, cause everyone working on the website have that user role.
I’ve already tried using PublishPress Capabilities and turned on all the capabilities related to your plugin but nothing changed..the page is accessible, they can see part of the info, but not the content of the message and the data collected by the module.
Any quick fix?

Hi, thank you for getting in touch with us.
As per the default flow of WooCommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro, only Admin role and “Vendor” (role added by WC Marketplace), can see the enquiries.

Now, if you also want to show the same to Shop Manager, then you have to a bit of custom code. If you need reference oh hook/filter let us know.

However you can also use any wordpress dual role editor plugins.

I’ve already used an editor role with no luck so any reference on hook/filter can be great.

Hi,
We don’t have any custom code or any hook and filter on our end to provide the permission of this page. This is the default functionality from the WordPress.
