      Hello I sent a support ticket to fix the issue of configuration that I have with the plugin MultiVendorX but after asking me if it is possible to make some tests you didn’t come back with any updates.

      I sent you another email to check if you received my confirmation email.

      Hi, sorry for the missed reply.

      As per the log, it seems like your enquiry was “Hello, I added the plugin to a website and I got this error : “Could not add product Formation Ayurveda 201 to cart, this product/vendor is not eligible to be paid with PayPal Marketplace ” when I try to add a product to cart”

      Please check with your PayPal team, whether the paypal id of the vendor is eligible to be piad via paypal marketplace api.

      Hello, we checked with PayPal and they told us that the vendor Paypal accounts that we want to link to the plugin are a business accounts so they are eligible to be connected to the plugin through your API. Could you please give me more details about the issue ?

      Hello @rmahaits, Our plugin does not show any such error message in the checkout or cart for Paypal marketplace. So we are assuming that this is coming from Paypal’s end.
      We need to check this issue on your end so kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the Staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access of the staging site with us.
      Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

      Thanks for sharing the access. We have checked the issue on your staging site with the mentioned product Ayurveda 201. But did not face any such issue on the cart or on the checkout(https://prnt.sc/jV9R2Ub3nx0S) (https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/47137603?key=ccd6dbe06a35992ec3093538535387d8).
      Also kindly note, for successful payment with the Paypal marketplace payment gateway the vendors need to choose the Paypal marketplace payment option in the billings section of their dashboard (https://prnt.sc/ztrtXMJX8J1Q) and connect their paypal marketplace account accordingly. After that they will not face any issue with the payment with Paypal marketplace.
