–I also can’t access the different tabs of MX, commissions, payments etc.

–In the payment tab, when trying to view the payment receipt, there is an error.

@kevajo We’ve successfully activated MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro on your platform, making the submenu pages accessible. Feel free to activate your custom theme and ensure everything functions smoothly on your test site. Once you’ve confirmed the seamless operation on your test site, you can easily download the MultiVendorX plugin from there and incorporate it into your live site.
We are actively working on a permanent solution for this issue and aim to include it in our core plugin.

@kevajo We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. As our team was busy with the execution of adding HPOS support for MultiVendorX that is why adding this fix into our core plugin got delayed.
We are again very sorry.
For now we have added the temporary fix on your end.You can download the fixed plugin from your test site and add it in your live site.
But as shared earlier our team is currently working on HPOS support so adding the permanent fix for the memory size issue in the core MultiVendorX might get a bit delayed.
After adding the HPOS support we will release a beta version and it is advised by our dev team not to add that version on your live sites as you have a huge amount of data on your end. You can add that on your test sites first and after confirmation from all our users we will release the final HPOS supported version.
Now if you want we can do all the thorough testing of HPOS supported MultiVendorX on your shared staging site and after that provide you with the stable version.

Hello @kevajo, We have not yet added the permanent fix for the “Allowed memory size issue” in our latest MultiVendorX update. In the latest update we have added support for WooCommerce HPOS feature along with other fixes. However for now the team has added the fix again.
Hopefully in our next MultiVendorX update we will be able to add the permanent fix for the “allowed memory size issue”.

@kevajo, The submenu you mentioned is not part of MultiVendorX’s default configuration. It appears that you have introduced the payment submenu through custom code on your end. So it is really not possible for us to assist you to fix an issue with that custom menu. Hope you understand.
Additionally, could you please share a screenshot illustrating the statement, “when you do not provide an email, the order does not create a sub-order”? This will help us better understand and address your concern. -

@kevajo Please refrain from updating the plugins on your end at the moment, as we have not yet incorporated the “Allowed memory size” fix into our core plugin. If you proceed with the update, the fix we applied on your end may be lost. We will notify you once a permanent fix is implemented in our core plugin, and we recommend updating the plugins only after receiving this notification to avoid encountering the “allowed memory size” issue. Kindly deactivate the MultiVendorX Pro plugin once and then activate it again.
After that go to MultiVendorX >> Licence,here put the API key and product id accordingly and click on activate.

We have disabled all the plugins except WooCommerce, MultivendorX and MultiVendorX Pro on your end and placed an order for vendor products and the order got placed without any issue (https://prnt.sc/x9v_1P3yO1Rl). So it seems the issue that you are facing while placing an order that is coming from some other plugin. Kindly identify the plugin to solve the issue accordingly.
Now regarding the order and suborder, the suborders are getting created accordingly(https://prnt.sc/vfN_-_NdN5_A). Kevajo, As shared earlier once an order gets placed for products frm different vendors the suborders will be created accordingly. For example if a order contains products from 2 different vendors then 2 suborders will be created.
Now can you please let us know what do you mean by “number of commands doubles, is there a possibility of counting only the main command in the list of commands before activating HPOS” so that we can assist you accordingly.

Kevajo we are able to recreate the issue with the order numbers and we will add a fix for that soon. You can keep track of the same from here https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/issues/734.
But there is no such issue with the commission creation. The vendor commissions are getting generated accordingly. Now if you are facing issue with the commission creation flow kindly deactivate all plugins on your end except WooCommerce, MultivendorX and MultiVendorX Pro and switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty four or storefront and check the commission creation flow again by placing orders of vendor products.
If still the issue persists please share the staging site access where the issue is replicated. So that our team can look into that and help you accordingly.
