Hi, i successfully registered a new testvendor with working mebership. I entered the MVX dashboard and went through all tabs. Everything seems to work but if i open the hbtimmo.de/dashboard/vendor-policies/ there comes a Fatal error.

@Karsten Hesemann, I’m sorry to hear that you’ve encountered an issue on your end. I have reviewed the store policy flow from the vendor dashboard for vendors under a membership plan, but I didn’t encounter the issue you described.

Could you please set up a staging site that mirrors your live site exactly where we can replicate the issue? Once done, kindly share the staging site URL, temporary admin credentials, and FTP access with us so that we can investigate the issue further and provide assistance accordingly.

Hi Sangita,

i installed the MVX plugin on both installations (with our theme and plugins and the blank installation)but the error still persists.
