I am super frustrated. We just launch our site using your plugin and are running into bug after bug. I setup a 19.99 subscription plan with 3 months free trial but my client who just signed up this week got billed for the plan today? Please advise asap

We have checked this on our end and if free trial period is given then the user is not charged anything. Kindly check the video https://watch.screencastify.com/v/SAKkXX7RwV04pC9EiSII.
Now as your are facing issue kindly check again carefully with just Woocommerce, MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro activated on your end.
p.s. Our office is closed due to holidays (20th to 24th Oct). Hence, the response might get delayed.

I have a bunch of users who signed up to the same plan, only 1 of them was charged??
Can you have a look at my end? Not sure why I keep on running into bugs! -

@Nathan Wolhendler
Kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and ftp access of your site so that we can check the issue on your end. While sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

Hello Nathan Wolhendler
You can give the admin access to contact@multivendorx.com or create a temporary admin access using plugin like https://formidableforms.com/knowledgebase/how-do-i-create-temporary-admin-access-for-support/Also for ftp reach out to your server admin and ask them to share the ftp access. They will help you accordingly with the access.

Nathan Wolhendler The details (sign up fee, trial period etc.) set in the MultiVendorX membership plan is followed by the payment gateway using which the user is subscribing.
To check the same we have added our stripe access on your staging site.
We have created a test plan on your site with a $1 sign up fee and 1 day free trial period and a recurring fee of $5.A user has subscribed to that plan on 30th october( https://tinyurl.com/yoklr84p ). So as per the free trial set up that should end on 31st october.
We have checked the details of this subscription from the admin Stripe dashboard and the free trial set up for the recurring plan is working perfectly. Kindly check the video for the details of the same in the stripe dashboard https://watch.screencastify.com/v/CoU20sKqJzUTdxdqTTlA.
Now to test the free trial setup you can also test the flow with your stripe on your end. Once an order gets placed you can go to your stripe dashboard >>Subscription>>Select the subscription that you are testing with and there you will get all details(trial period, next payment details) associated with that.
If you need any further assistance please let us know.

I have a bunch of users signed up and it is working just fine! It just happened with 1 that they got charged. Not sure why?

This should not happen because the details (sign up fee, trial period etc.) set in the MultiVendorX membership plan is followed by the payment gateway using which the user is subscribing.
But still kindly check in future whether this happens with any other user for the same plan( without changing any details).

Every 10 subscribers is being charged instead of getting free trial?

@Nathan Wolhendler Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end.
But as shared earlier, the details (sign up fee, trial period etc.) set in the MultiVendorX membership plan is followed by the payment gateway using which the user is subscribing. So there should not be any such issue that you are facing on your end. There must be some element or code on your end for which you are facing this issue.
However, just to be fully sure- we have checked the same flow shared by you on our end. But for a recurring plan with a free trail the users are only getting charged the sign up fee at the time of registration.
So kindly check again carefully on your end. -
