      Is my paid plugin still active? I see still pending payment?

      Also I remember from previously last year, there was an issue with having multiple products being added to enquiry form. Has this been rectified on the paid version please ?

      We were wanting clients now to be able to Request a quote or have the “Add to Enquiry Cart” Button rather than having a paid ecommerce solution for my client.

      Please advise.

      Also can I change my default email address also in my account? I tried but it wouldn’t let me.
      My account is linked to a very old email that I don’t use anymore.

      Hi, I have just paid for the plugin so therefore I have a current license now.

      I’m having issues that we cannot see the “Product Enquiry” button at all on the single product pages.
      What could be the issue please ?
      How can I fix this ?

      Can I also change my default email address in my account to another one ? I tried but it wouldn’t let me save it.

      Hi , My client site also has variations in each product also.
      I need to be able to have Multiple product enquiries in the Cart, as clients will want to enquire about 4 or 5 products at the same time so need to be able to add them all into the Enquiry cart.

      HOw can we do this?

      HI

      And the “Add to Cart” buttons are still displaying on the Shop pages, even though in the settings I have NOT Enabled Add to cart button. Why would it still be showing?

      Quite a few things not working after settings changed.

      If someone could reply urgently would be great as I need to resolve issues for client urgently regarding your paid plugin I just paid for.

      What’s the time frame now for support for your paid plugin?
      Is this the correct area to submit tickets for support for paid plugin?
