ParticipantHi!
After purchasing Dokan and using it for a year, I switched to the free MCFM. Both have bugs and lack support. I use in https://tratoaqui.com/
Well, today I tried MultivendorX on my test server, and the WordPress dashboard displays the same endless loading circle, without bringing up the screens. I’ve already disabled plugins, but it didn’t help. WordPress test: https://sitioeletronico.com/xxx/
Then, I vaguely remembered the same thing happening over a year ago, and I chose Dokan.
It seems my option will be to give up on a marketplace.

KeymasterHello There,
Thank you for your cooperation. Our team has thoroughly investigated the issue you’re facing, and we’ve identified the cause.
The error occurs because your server is blocking the REST API calls made by our plugin. These API calls are required for loading the submenus, which is why they are not appearing correctly. To confirm this, you can check if the WooCommerce submenus are loading as expected.
Since the server is blocking the WordPress REST API for our plugin (and potentially for other plugins as well), we recommend contacting your hosting/server team to allow these API requests. Once the API is accessible, the submenus and our plugin features should function properly.
Please keep us informed about any updates, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance—we’re happy to help!

KeymasterHi There, Thank you for getting back to us.
The loading issue you are experiencing is caused by your server blocking the API requests made by our plugin to itself. Since these requests are blocked, the data required to load certain sections cannot be retrieved.
For example, here is one of the API calls currently being blocked:
https://adoring-dirac.172-233-172-99.plesk.page/wp-json/mvx_module/v1/modules_countTo resolve this, please contact your hosting/server team and share these details with them. Once they allow the API requests, the loading issue should be resolved.
If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out—we’re always happy to help.

KeymasterHello There, Thank you for getting back to us.
Our API is built following the default WordPress and WooCommerce methodology and functions similarly to their APIs. If all WooCommerce endpoints are working correctly but only MultiVendorX API calls are being restricted, then we would need to investigate further on your server, as we have not encountered this issue before.
Could you please confirm whether the server is blocking only MultiVendorX API requests or WooCommerce API requests as well. This will help us identify the root cause more efficiently.

KeymasterHello there, Thank you for getting back to us, and we’re genuinely sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve experienced. We completely understand how frustrating technical issues can be and truly appreciate you taking the time to share detailed feedback.
Regarding the issues with the “Store Name” and “Store Slug” not saving — this was a known issue in version 4.2.29. Kindly update to the latest version (4.2.30), and that particular issue should be resolved.
As for the Terms & Conditions field on the registration form, we have thoroughly tested this on our end and did not encounter any problems. You can refer to this screen recording for clarity:https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/42892758?key=ca289f96215986d73a8457ba9af39f25.We also noticed that we’re unable to access your registration page via this link: https://tratoaqui.com/vendor-register/ — it might be restricted or down at the moment. Please check if it’s publicly accessible so we can review the form behavior directly.
For the “Create Default MultiVendorX Pages” option — once all the necessary pages are already set up, clicking this will have no visible effect. It only triggers when required pages are missing.
Regarding the “Sure, I’d like to help” notice — after clicking the option, you should receive an email from our team. Kindly check the inbox (and spam folder, just in case) of the admin email registered on your site.
Regarding the vendor dashboard layout issue, we’re unable to replicate it on our end. If possible, please share temporary access so we can investigate further. We’ve also noted the concerns related to thecountry, timezone and map fields — our team is looking into these and will provide fixes where needed. And will keep you posted accordingly.
We’re truly sorry to hear that your initial experience hasn’t met expectations. Your feedback is invaluable, and we remain committed to improving MultiVendorX to better serve our users.

KeymasterHi there, Hope you’re doing well.
Regarding the issues with selecting the state and UTC fields — these are primarily intended for vendors to add from their own dashboards, and they are working fine there. If you’d like to set this up for your vendors, you can use a plugin like User Role Editor. By switching to the vendor role, you can edit those details directly from the vendor’s storefront settings.
As for the issue with these fields from the admin side, our team is currently working on a major revamp. Once that is complete, you will not only see these issues resolved but will also have access to a more modernized dashboard for both admins and vendors.
So after the revamp, these problems should no longer occur. In the meantime, if you need any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.
