I am encountering multiple issues in the vendor dashboard. I am attaching the screenshots here and a video in the next private message. Let me know if you need access to the Vendor dashboard. I have already provided the login for the admin dashboard in my last ticket.

      a) The Product Sales Report table in the dashboard shows no products despite having multiple orders.
      b) The Product Stats chart in the dashboard has no legends.
      c) Product Manager > Media screen does not show any preview image for the .webp file. This is becoming de fact image standard for all websites now.
      d) Clicking the eye icon for other image files like jpg does not show the image.
      e) Stats / Reports > Advanced Report > Sales by Category does not show any legends.
      f) Stats / Reports > Advanced Report > Transactions screen does not show any data even though there multiple sales.

@KC Sorry to hear that you have faced these issues on your end. We have checked all these mentioned by you on our end but there everything is coming accordingly and getting displayed too. Kindly check the video here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/24853244?key=9866d210f9353e499f8122e9dce2fc58.
Only on the Select by category section in the Advanced report menu there is not any identifiers for those bars. Will add sections there accordingly.
Now for the other sections it seems like there must be some theme/plugin conflict on your end. So can we deactivate plugins and themes on your staging site to debug the issues further?
Also kindly share a test vendor account where we can check these issues.

Thanks for the confirmation. We will check the issue by deactivating plugins and themes on your end and get back to you accordingly.

@KC We deactivated all the plugins except WooCommerce, MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro on your end and also switched to a default theme and did not face any such issues in the vendor dashboard mentioned by you. Check the video here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/24892610?key=fee4020cd51f106067c6d3d483ee234e.
Now kindly activate one plugin at a time and check which one is causing issues on your end.
      Please do keep us posted.

@sangita, I confirm that the issue was with the theme changes. I can view the missing content now including the display of the media files. But the .webp images still show no preview.

That’s pretty weird. I recreated the user. Please try now.

Hello there, we are now able to login to your site. However, we do need the FTP access to debug the issue with the images not getting viewed in the vendor dashbaord.
So kindly share the FTP access as well. While sharing the FTP access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

Yes, we are able to login to your FTP server using the above shared access. However, kindly confirm if we can deactivate plugins on your staging site to debug the issue further.

Thank you. I’ll extend the filter to handle webp.

@sangita, I looked at the code and don’t see a way to use this filter to add support for webp. The class class-mvx-pro-ajax-media has this case statement (screenshot below). This is what defines what type of media can be displayed. Would it be possible to a line for webp in your future updates? Webp format is becoming very popular due to its superiority over image formats. Thank you for your continued support.

@KC I have forwarded this to our developer team and we will add support for this image type in our next update. We will keep you posted regarding the same.
Also, it would be really great if you can give us 5/5 review here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/reviews/#new-post
This would motivate the team further to do their job more efficiently and also will help others to choose the best multi vendor plugin for their marketplace website.
