Hi Support,

I’ve run into an issue where no matter what template I try to override from within my theme regarding the Marketplace Membership module, it never works. I have plenty of other templates overriding things in other template paths, but none of the ones work for the Marketplace Membership. I am placing the templates, for example, ‘vendor-subscription.php’ in the path as directed ‘yourtheme/mvx-vendor-membership/vendor-subscription.php’ but it doesn’t work. Can you please confirm that this is the path that should be used within my theme? I feel like there has to be some some kind of bug since overriding the templates for every other part of MultivendorX and MultivendorX Pro have worked and I’m only having problems with this module.

Can you please share a temporary admin, ftp access so we can check.

Hi @Justin Harrison, Sorry for the inconvenience. Actually, there was an issue with the overriding instruction. I have added the proper folder structure in your site, please check the modification now.
