When someone fills in the registration form and clicks submit, no message comes up to confirm the for form has been submitted successfully or anything which lets the applicant know they have done their part.

how can i have a message come up after someone has filled the form in like other contact forms.

Hi Umran, When user will submit the registration form, they will be directed to the dashboard page if they are automatically approved.

If they are manually approved, then we will show them a message that their application, needs to be monitored by the admin.
Now can you please share a video of the issue, so we can assist you accordingly?
