      Hi support,
      Thank you for the previous fix on RnB Quote issue. Here’s another issue with the RNB email system on vendor’s end. Normally, on admin’s end, when a new quote request is placed by customer or a quote message is sent by customer, admin would receive an email notifying them about the placement of a new quote request or the quote messages sent by customer, as shown in the screenshot below:

      However, these emails are not sent to vendors at all. All the quote request for any products by any vendors are all sent to admin. For example:
      Situation 1: Customer A placed a quote request on a product by Vendor B
      Output: Admin receive the email notification on the quote request placed by Customer A and Vendor B did not receive any.
      Situation 2: Customer C replied a few messages on his quote request on a product by Vendor D
      Output: Admin receive the email notification on the messages replied by Customer C but Vendor D did not receive any.
      Imagine that if these situations keep going on and the admin receives all those notifications but the vendor did not…
      So, please help to fix this issue as well. Thank you very much

        Btw what does the rental blocking dates mean actually?

      @Chris Thanks for sharing about the issues with the email flow of rental products . Our team is looking into the issues and kindly provide them some time. We will soon release an update.
      We will add these in the flow –
      1. When a customer request a quote the vendor will also receive a mail regarding this
      2. If the vendor changes the quote status the customer will receive mail according to that
      3. If the customer sends a message regarding the quote the vendor will get mail for that

      In the place of rental blocking dates you may enter the dates on which you do not want your product to be rented .
      Also we will let you know when the email issue got fixed.

      Okay thank you. Does it mean that if user choose ‘No’ for rental blocking dates, then the highlighted features in the screenshot below will not block the calendar on front end during booking?

      In the highlighted part of your screenshot, the vendor can set the number of days to block from when he wants the buyers to start renting that product .
      For example if the vendor set the number of block days before booking started as 1 then the booking for that product will start from the next day when the product gets published .
      Also there should not be any option to enable/disable Block Rental dates . We will remove this in our next update .

      Okay, thanks. But the overriding file via child theme still not working for this and I’m overriding the template file using FTP. May I know how are you going to remove this? Is it done by removing the specific div in the php file or it involves some other codes? Because I’ve made quite many changes on that file.

      Hi, the rental blocking dates were removed and I’ve managed to override it via child theme. However, the email flow issue still persist.

      >We have already added the fix in our MultiVendorX Pro 1.0.9 update.
      Just to let you know, we have tried to add the following fixes –
      When a customer requests for a quote the admin and the customer receives emails regarding this but the vendor does not get any email regarding the request of the quote for his product.
      When the admin updates the status of the quote the customer gets emails regarding the update in status accordingly . But if the vendor updates the status of the quote the customer gets the same content in every mail . No mail is according to the status update.
      If the customer replies to a quote message for a product of a vendor, the admin gets mail regarding that but the vendor does not receive any mail.

      But it was not possible to add the 1st fix. So we have added a fix for no. 2 and no.3
      Kindly check and let us know.
