ParticipantHi, Can vendors connect their shipstation accounts or not? And how? There is no authentication key or any other credentials showing on vendor dashboard.

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Once you enable the ShipStation module on your end, vendors will see the Authentication Key option in their vendor dashboard to connect their ShipStation account. You can check this reference screenshot: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/57209469?key=f2c7d3e3dc36bc401cec702a55463c88.
Please refer to our documentation here: https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/shipstation/
and follow the steps for configuration. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

ParticipantHi, Thank you for getting back to me. I’ve enabled shipstation but on the vendors end it doesn’t provide an authentication key, secret key, consumer key or xml page as required by shipstation to connect to Woocommerce. If this isn’t possible to acquire by the vendor is there at least a vendor orders XML url? I can at least then send vendors there xml url and then they can connect by choosing custom store in shipstation. I provided images to clarify. Thanks.

KeymasterHello there,
Thank you for sharing the details and screenshots with us.
Currently, vendors can obtain their ShipStation authentication key by navigating to Vendor Dashboard → ShipStation (https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/57219790?key=6fb3d4bbe5963cb95ab11d68ffc654bd).
However, we’ve noticed that ShipStation has updated their connection flow and now requires both a Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, instead of just the authentication key used previously. No need to worry — we’ve already reported this to our development team. They are reviewing the integration, and we’ll share an updtae with you where vendors can access their Consumer Key and Consumer Secret directly from their dashboard to connect their stores with ShipStation.
Regarding the XML page, vendors simply need to add their store URL in that section.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We’ll keep you updated on the progress.

KeymasterHello There,
I hope you’re doing well.
We wanted to follow up regarding the updated plugin we shared earlier, which includes support for the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret—allowing vendors to connect their ShipStation accounts seamlessly.
Could you please confirm if you’ve had a chance to test the update on your end? We’d love to know whether everything is working as expected.
Thank you once again for your cooperation and continued support. We look forward to your feedback.

ParticipantHi, there seems to be nothing different on the vendors end. I tried deactivating Shipstation plugin And reactivating but no credentials. Am I supposed to reinstall multivendorx and reinstall with updated plugin?
