I have the category “for kids” on Category Specific Exclusion, but on the single-product-page, the enquiry option is still available, as you can see here: https://ba8ttfg.myraidbox.de/shop/mieten/eventmodule/for-kids/rodeo-ente/

It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WCMp and check again.
If the issue is still there, switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty and check again.

But the other products don’t have the “add to enquiry cart” button either, on the single product page, only on the product overview page…

Hi, the theme creator has applied a fix, and the enquiry option is visible now.
But the exclusion is still not working

@Leo, it seems the theme has overridden the woocommerce filter to display the add to cart.

Can you please ask them which filter are they using for adding to the cart, so we can assist you accordingly?

What they told me, is that it was a bug in their code that they fixed, so the plugin would work properly on the theme.

Hi. They have already implemented the fix on my site directly, and fixed the bug. For the others, it’ll be released on the next update, but this site has already been directly updated.

Yes, it is because of incompatibility of the plugin with the theme. I had already created a staging site for you, can you please attempt to fix this issue?

Good morning,
On the staging site I did what you said, there aren’t any changes.
On the current live site, I updated it with your official update, and the issue is also still present.

When disabling the Avada Theme, and using “Twenty Twenty-Two” theme, it does work, but changing the theme is sadly not a possible solution for this.

Yes, I am aware that it works properly with the theme “twenty twenty-one”, as I previously stated.
The question was, if you could fix it for the other themes (Avada theme, in this case).
