Stripe card_payment issue in test mode for vendor stripe account

      I have used Stripe payment on my site and am facing an issue with my vendor Stripe account it’s showing active card payment.

      Whenever I request card payment but it’s showing “Card payments, payouts, and transfers are disabled for this account until missing business information is updated”.

      I am going on that account dashboard and clicking on start to Update business information it will redirect to the same page every time.

      Even tho I am using those accounts that have all details filled out it will show the same for that as well.

      And on my vendor dashboard I am connecting Stripe it will create an all-time new account even tho I am using the same mobile number for login in test mode.

      Rishi, not to worry.

      Basically, all these errors are coming from the admin’s stripe account. Kindly contact the stripe team regarding this.
      If you want, we can share our sandbox account details for you to test.

      I have used stripe split payment on my site but I was getting issues with stripe. I have connected vendor accounts and purchased a $90 value product. I have set 30% admin commission and the other 70% commission is for vendor. The actual issue is that the admin can’t get any balance on his dashboard and the vendor gets $60.09 on his dashboard.
      1. Is there any charges on Stripe for payment?
      2. Why admin can’t get any balance?

      Actually we can’t share admin access with you because that’s the client’s stripe access. so we can do one thing we can schedule call via screen sharing so in that way we can give you temporary password of stripe and once your debug process done we will change stripe password. it would be great if your developer can also involve in that call so we can get solution faster as we want.
