      Hello

      I don’t know which plugin is giving the error. But if:
      1. The Sumo,Woocommerce and Multivendor X plugin is activated.
      2.High-Performance Order Storage included (recommended)
      Enable compatibility mode (synchronize orders with the table of records).
      3. The administrator issued a refund for the order and suborder (full or partial refund).

      In this case, the user’s order page breaks. No errors in the console, no email messages.

        Thanks guys, tell me, were you able to check why the order synchronization is not working?

        If the Suborder order status is updated, the Order is not updated automatically.

        Previously this happened automatically.

      @l.gan, Are you asking whether the main order status should change if the sub-order status changes?

      In that scenario, if one order involves multiple vendor orders, how do you plan to manage the situation where Vendor A marks their part of the order as complete, but Vendor B has not yet shipped their product?

        Thanks for your answer and help.

        If Vendor A has marked his suborder as “completed”, but Vendor B’s suborder is still in “processing”, then of course the order should not be marked as completed.

        But once Vendor A has marked its suborder as “Completed” and Vendor B has marked its suborder as “Completed”, shouldn’t the parent order be marked as “Completed”?

      Yes, once the status of both suborders are same then the parent order status should be synced with them accordingly. We have checked the flow of status synchronization of Suborder with the main order and we are able to recreate the issue of the status not being synchronized on our end.

      2. We have installed both the plugins mentioned by you on our end but did not face any such issue mentioned by you. Kindly check the video here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/26281381?key=f74812983f97e5a10a3771f30318fe00.
      Now without being able to recreate the issue it is quite difficult for us to assist you with the issue and also if this issue is happening because of conflict with some third party plugin then it is quite difficult for us to debug that and add a solution for that.
      So please check if they have any such settings or anything for that the issue might happen.

      We have checked the flow of placing orders for multiple products from different vendors and the order details page and the emails are showing the suborders accordingly.       It seems that you might have added some customisation on your end and hence you are facing the issue on your end.
      So kindly deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX and also switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty four and check the flow again.

      Hello @l.gan, We have checked the flow of suborder generation by ordering products from different vendors and the suborders are getting generated accordingly on our end. Kindly check the video here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/26376146?key=33b87665287d8608fab91c08468bccdb.
      Now on your end kindly deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX and switch to default theme and after that make sure that you are using the latest version of WooCommerce (8.7.0)and MultiVendorX (4.1.7)on your end. After that check again the flow.
      If still the issue persists please do create a new staging site where the issue will be replicated and share the staging site access, temporary admin and FTP access of your site . So that we can check the same on your end.
      Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

      Hi @l.gan, Thanks for the access.
      We further checked the issue on your end and found out that the “Blog pages show at most” setting was somehow set to 1 and hence only 1 suborder was getting created. Kindly set these settings as 10 (https://snipboard.io/UFG2IS.jpg ) and then check the flow of suborder generation by placing orders from different vendors.
      Regarding the fatal error, can you please check the flow only with the WooCommerce, MultiVendorX, Performance lab and Permalink manager on your end and let us know if the same issue occurs.

      @l.gan, Kindly check the below mentioned flows on your end and let us know about the same –
      1. Add products from the admin dashboard and do not assign them to vendors just be it as admin products and then check if the issue with the cart remains.
      2. If the issue remains for the admin products too then kindly remove all your custom code from your end and then check the flow of adding products from multiple vendors on your end.

      Also if the issue is coming because of any custom code from our end then please do let us know which code is causing the issue because it is really hard for us to look at all the custom code added by you and help you to solve the issue.

        We have identified 3 problems with the cart:

        1. Notifications about errors in the cart – I see that there is a topic on solving this problem – ok.

        2. “Subtotal” is missing in the MultivendorX template: this is a conflict with the Woodmart theme.
        Due to this, I am not sure that it is possible to resolve this conflict at the moment and perhaps in the near future, I ask you for a solution in the form of a special code to disable the function of changing the cart template to the Multivendor X template if the MultivendorX setting is enabled – Settings – Orders – Display Suborder in mail (Display suborder number in mail.)

        3. When switching to the Storefront theme, there is still a problem with the fact that the MultivendorX cart template for 2 or more vendors does not switch to the Vokommerche template, after deleting the goods and the balance in the cart of only 1 vendor, after rebooting Ajax. I have previously recorded a video for you with this problem.
        If I disable the function of changing the cart to the MultivendorX template if there are products from 2 or more vendors, then this problem will not arise for me either.

        Please, could you share the code for disabling the function of changing the cart template to the MultivendorX template if there are 2 or more vendors in the cart? Let me remind you that I need to leave all other features of MultivendorX – Settings – Orders – Display Suborder in mail (Display suborder number in mail.)

I only need to leave the Woocommerce cart template.

        But I also need to leave all the other functions that are included in the “Display Suborder in mail”.

      Hi @l.gan, As you are facing issue on your end with the cart template, so kindly deactivate the “Display product seller” setting on your end for once and check if the issues persist.
