  Hello – no matter what I try, I cannot get either of these plugins to activate. Please help. Screenshots and video attached in next reply.

  Hi, thanks for reaching out to us.
  Not to worry.
  In order to activate api key refer to this document- https://multivendorx.com/knowledgebase/getting-started-wcmp-add-ons/
  Also deactivate your plugin once and then activate again.

  IT WORKED!!!! WOOOHOO!!! I have no clue how or why… because I had tried deactivating/activating, etc. already. But, I’m SOOO glad it’s working now. Thank you!!!
