I just purchased MVX Pro today and I already have issues while installing on WordPress. The plugin is not installed correctly on WordPress. Each time I try to “save changes” by providing the API key and Product ID number nothing changes, it still shows as deactivated. I am attaching screenshots of what is being displayed on the WordPress Multivendor X section. Please advise what needs to be done to correct this. By the way, I also tried to email this issue using the email address that was provided of contact@wc-multivendorx.com, but that was returned as undeliverable. Not a good first impression.

@Wayne Kelly Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.

Not to worry. I just reset the profile. Now disable MultiVendorX Pro and activate the plugin again.
After that enable the key. It should work.
