      Hi, I am subscribed since 2 years to WCMP advanced frontend manager. the subscription was set to end in 2 days. Since there was no button to automatically renew the subscriptions I placed another order and the total amount was 0 because i was already subscribed till 23 august. Now all my API have been removed from my account and the order is cancelled. Please activated my api’s again and set my subscription to renew automatically.

      Why did you cancel the subscription even though it was supposed to be active till 23 August !!

      @Bhaa Said, not an issue, we will assist you with this.

      First please note, that you can’t cancel the subscription, because, in order to activate the key, it needs an active subscription.

      FYI, you can use the old keys of your previous order till 23rd

      Hello, thank you for your feedback, I already created a new account and bought the licences again from there. So please cancel any renewal of the current subcriptions and I will be following up from my other account 🙂
