Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I am communicating with you, because yesterday the plugin worked perfectly when creating variations. This morning I updated the WCMp program, and when trying to create some variations … it won’t let me. When you CLICK on the button, it just doesn’t do anything.
I am recording videos and tutorials on the operation of the Sellers Desk, and when I created the Variable Product … it has not left me.
Yesterday I was testing, and it worked perfectly.
Please, I need a solution, I’m worried
I send you images, because in a previous ticket I sent you the link of a video and it tells me that it is pending admission.
The problem is that today I updated the WCMp program, and by doing so … the “Go” button has stopped working.

Our latest version of WCMp supports bootstrap and the same bootstrap support needs to be created in our WCMp advance frontend manager. So that’s why we are facing issues in the variable product type on the vendor dashboard.
Our team has already started working on it and we will try to update you by 2 to 3 working days. -

Good day,
The exact same issue is happening for me.
On the frontend we cannot do anything with variables, we cannot go to other tabs on when trying to edit a variable product. -

@ Calzadium Kindly check if you have deactivated the previous plugin and activated the newly shared plugins. Also, the error that you are receiving is coming from your theme. It seems that you might have added some custom coding to your theme. Kindly change to some default theme like storefront and check the same.
Regarding the AFM API key, Could you please deactivate and activate the plugin again, then try to activate the keys. Please update us on the outcome.

Hello,
Even if your API key does not get activated, your site will work smoothly without any issue and you can still continue to work on your site.
Only the future update will not be received by you for that our team will need to debug your site.
So, kindly share the admin and vendor access (staging site) and FTP access. While sharing the access, please mark the reply as private.

We have not tested the compatibility with Astra theme so we will not be able to comment anything on it. However, our plugin WC Marketplace is an extension of WooCommerce, hence any WooCommerce compatible theme (like Storefront) should work perfectly with our plugin.
To test for theme conflict- please deactivate the current theme and check with standard WooCommerce theme (storefront/twenty) It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.

I just tried another generic WordPress theme (twenty-twenty) again, and it doesn’t work either.
Please, I ask you to access my system and offer me a solution, since before the update it worked correctly (as you can see in the variable product created previously).
I NEED YOU TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM FOR ME, not for you to tell me that the problem must be with the theme, since I have tried 5 different themes, and all of them (with the exception of EnvoStorefront), are basic for woocommerce.

I send you an image that indicates that between your plugin and mine, there is some difference, since when you access the selection box of the variable product, in your system only 2 options appear, however in my system all the ones that normally appear appear on the WordPress desktop.
The Theme in which I am doing the tests, is the twenty twenty of WordPress, but I have tried it with Storefront, Storefront / twenty, EnvoStorefront, twenty twenty-one … and in all of them, it gives me the same error.
Please, I need to resolve this matter. It is costing me a lot of money by having to delay creating the video tutorials.
I need you to access my system and offer me a real solution, no more words.

Please deactivate all your plugin, except WooCommerce and WCMp + addon. You can then check the flow. If everything is working fine, in order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow.

I am frankly concerned as I have accessed the vendor’s desktop as is the system after you guys have tested it, and the result is still that I cannot create variable products.
As you can see, the theme is the one that you have activated, and I have also removed all the plugins except the essential ones … I no longer know what to do, I am afraid that given the serious situation we are facing, we will see each other in the obligation to find another program provider (although we decided for yours because it seems to us the best), but honestly, this situation we are experiencing does not offer me any peace of mind for the future.
I do not understand how it is possible that it works on your computer, and not on ours. We have cleared the cache, changed the browser (Firefox & Chrome), and neither does the function of creating variable products work. Directly, the “Go” button is not activated. But it is also that, as you have seen in the comparison of your backoffice and ours, in yours there are two options, and in ours all those that appear in WordPress.

We have updated to the last date that the system worked and was capable of creating variable products.
We have not found an answer from the technical service that solves the problem, and for the moment we are going to continue working with the version of February 19, in which you can continue creating variable products in your system.
Fortunately we work with the best hosting company in Europe, and it has allowed us to go up to that date and update the Calzadium system, thus allowing us to work and do the video tutorials (albeit with a delay).
That said … it should be mentioned that the explanations that you have been offering me so far are meaningless, since it is logical to think that the problem was generated when you updated last update.
We ask you to put more effort and work to solve this problem, and not to protect yourself by saying that the fault is some incompatibility of a plugin that does not work, or (and this is very strong), that the problem is incompatibility with the Theme (as you have been telling us). Because it is proven that the theme and plugins work perfectly with the previous versions of WCMp and AFM. What’s more, if you access the web now (https://www.calzadium.com), you will be able to see how it works perfectly … don’t you think you owe us an answer that is truly operative?
Once this is explained, I invite you to get to work to resolve this issue, and that we can work with the updates of the WCMp, and the AFM Plugin that we have purchased, and of which we have guaranteed updates for you.
We await your solution … not your excuses or empty words, which do not solve the problem. We trust your professionalism, since you have built a really good product, but the technical service has not been up to the task when it comes to solving our problem, which has also been created by an inappropriate update.

The same issue, you didn’t send the new version by mail, I sent email address in private post 2 days ago. Fix 706 has resolved the mobile menu problem, not variation error.
It seems that in the last posts for many topics you first answer that something else is problem without testing on your demo.. and I agree with @Calzadium

Apologies for not sending you the updated plugin earlier, kindly check we have shared the link via email.
Ivan, we try maintaining a very transparent support forum communication so that it is beneficial for the entire community. Our team never intend to skip or overlook the issues, for initial debugging it is always recommended to disable all other plugins(apart from WooCommerce) as many issues are caused by conflicting plugins or widgets. Switch to a default WP theme, like Twenty Fifteen.Please test the updated plugins at your staging website and kindly let us know with the feedback.

Thank you for sending WCMp and ACF plugins, I received them today in spam folder.
With these plugins variation works on vendor dashboard, but now mobile menu doesn’t work on vendor dashboard. https://multivendorx.com/support-forum/topic/dashboard-not-usable-on-mobile/#post-116875 Fix 706 is not included in the WCMp version which you sent me today via email.
Can you merge these 2 versions?
Communication in support forum is transparent, but think about how do you plan, publish and test WCMp updates and all another your plugins related to WCMp (WCMp Enquary PRO also doesn’t work on variable products, you’ve many topics with similar problem after releasing the new version). For test it’s ok to disable all plugins and theme, after that, for real debugging, you need to enable one by one and find what is the problem.

Hi,
I received this error like email notification during updating WCMp plugin. Now WCMp works, but I’m not sure about all functions, because that I sent the error message and the row number in the class-wcmp.php. After the latest updates there were many ajax bugs, I hope they were all fixed with the latest update. You know what class-wcmp-ajax.php does and how this is related to other plugins.

WCMp ajax file has no relation with order plugins.
The issue that you are facing might be due to theme/ plugin conflict or any custom coding done at your site.
In order to debug the issue, May I know if you have checked marketplace plugin with WooCommerce and standard theme (storefront/twenty). Please deactivate all your plugin, except WooCommerce and WCMp + addon. You can then check the flow. If everything is working fine, in order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow.
Similarly, for theme conflict- please deactivate the current theme and check with standard WooCommerce theme (storefront/twenty) It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.

Thank you for general comment, it’s better to think about the 10 latest topics and how many problem you made with the version 3.5.18 (look at list of solved bugs between 3.5.18 and 3.6).
I updated the WCMp plugin to 3.6 and sent you notification message to prevent some another problem if it is useful for your team. WCMp 3.6 works as I sent ‘Variations and mobile menu work on the vendor dashboard!’
If you have some specific suggestion please send us, otherwise if everything works close the topic.

@Ivan Gacesa, we had to release an update with support of the latest bootstrap, and as WordPress asked us to release this compatibility, so we had to release that update within short-time. I understand you had to face these issues, we are sorry for that.
Just to keep you posted, 3.6 has the support of elementor.
