Vendor cannot log into dashboard

      Testing my site and I was able to register as a new vendor. It shows up on the list of vendors and I got an email with the password but when I try to log into vendor dashboard, it just sends me back to the login page.

      Hello @noircloud, I’m sorry to hear you’re experiencing an issue. We’ve checked the vendor login flow on our end, and everything is working fine.

      Now as you are facing issue on your end kindly deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX, and switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront. If the issue persists, please create a staging site where the issue can be replicated. Share the URL, temporary admin, and FTP access with us so we can investigate further.

      Hello There, It seems like somehow your database got corrupted and as a result of it you are facing the issue on your end. So can you please confirm if we can reset the database of your site to check the issue further?

      I don’t think I have FTP access with my host.
