Hi, sorry to see that you have faced this issue.
It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and MultiVendorX and check again.
If the issue still exists, please switch to some default theme such as Twenty Sixteen and check again.
Please do keep us posted so we can help you out. -

1. Payments connection -please display only stripe connect as an option and disable the others so they do not show as option.
>>To give your vendors option to add only Stripe connect you need to go to admin dashboard >>MultiVendorX >>Modules , from here under payments enable Stripe Connect only https://prnt.sc/bAuMTr4V9uI7 and disable all other payment gateways .
2. – Upgrade / downgrade plan does not work- please fix
>>We have found this issue on our end too . We will fix it in our next update .
3. Unable to add image or logo to vendor store from front or back end
>>Not to worry , just go to Admin dashboard >>MultiVendorX >> Settings >> Product Capabilities , from here enable the option Upload Media Files https://prnt.sc/iscXbwhTgwIt .

There might be some theme /plugin conflict on your end . Just to be sure, deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce , MultiVendorX , MultiVendorX Pro on your end, switch to some default theme and check again .
If still the issue persists please let us know . -
I deactivate all the plugins but doesn’t work. I can’t upload the vendor logo and banner. Still, have errors.

As shared earlier, we have checked this on our end but we have not faced any such issue on our end . So kindly check by going to the admin dashboard >> MultiVendorX >> Settings >> Products Capability , from here enable upload media file option https://prnt.sc/X8TO0VxDQXwZ .
But to locate the issue for your site, we need to access your admin end. Your previous access is not working.

Hi, your vendor is under a memberhsip plan.
But you need to enable the capabilities and activate the Upload media option: https://prnt.sc/MZaubZzwWb7WNow add a vendor under these memberhsip plan, and check again.

Thanks for sharing the video. From your video it seems like there are compatibility issues between MultiVendorX and the translation plugin you are using.
Now kindly contact the Translate press plugin team if this setting for changing the language for some page in the vendor dashboard can be disabled or not.
Alternatively you can use the WPML plugin for translating the language. As WPML is already compatible with MultiVendorX and it is also integrated as a module in the Third Party Compatibility section in our core plugin.
