      Hi,

      We are working with our client to improve the usability for vendors in registering and setting up their profile and products (in this case services). And the following questions have come up:

      — The normal page header and footer, isn’t being picked up on some pages such store policies and the page vendors land on after subscribing. How can we ensure this does show? It’s the Avada theme using Layouts and they are set as Global. Their profiles are fine – https://afrostylists.com/stylists/traceys-tresses/ but on clicking Store Policies it can go very wrong – https://afrostylists.com/stylists/tsbeautyace/policies/ however my colleagues test profile looks a little bit better since they added the header image but the footer isn’t full width – https://afrostylists.com/stylists/traceys-tresses/policies/

      — On the vendor dashboard add a product can the following be hidden: base, block, display cost as they seem more relevant to products not services?

      — Is it also possible to rename Products to Services on the Vendor Dashboard side?

      — Does the Vendor Registration form fields ‘Store Name’ and ‘Store Description’ populate the profile if they are approved?

      — Can we edit the page that they see after signing up and paying which my colleague testing described as follows: “Proceeded to store set up form. Decided not to skip this section so I could test it. Once complete you get 4 options, create a product, visit dashboard, payment configure and store customize. ‘Create a product’ is the dominant button. Is this correct? Just making sure this is the best option for the user. Note. the logo is massive on this screen.”. It would be better to focus on them logging into the Vendor Dashboard or Customising their Store first.

      1. Avada Theme Layout (Header/Footer Not Displaying):
      The missing header and footer on pages like Store Policies may be related to layout configuration. To investigate this further, kindly create a staging site (a replica of your live site and share the temporary admin access so we can check the settings directly and troubleshoot accordingly.
      2. Vendor Dashboard Customization:
      For changes like hiding “base, block, display cost” fields or renaming “Products” to “Services,” please share specific screenshots or a short video. This will help us better understand your expectations and advise you accurately.
      3. Vendor Registration Form – Store Name & Description:
      Currently, the ‘Store Name’ and ‘Store Description’ fields are auto-populated in the vendor profile only when vendor approval is set to automatic.
      For manual approvals, this functionality is planned for a future update. You can track the progress here:

      Renaming “Products” to “Services”:
      You can use the Loco Translate plugin to change the term “Products” to “Services” across the vendor dashboard. You can check this documentation to know more about loco translation plugin : https://multivendorx.com/docs/knowledgebase/multivendorx-translation-guide/

      2. Add products before customising profile: If you want any specific changes you’d like to see on that page, please do let us know. We’ll be happy provide a possible solution.

      3. Issues on Vendor Dashboard
      – All Bookings 404 Error & Google Calendar Page Blank:
      Sorry to hear you’re experiencing the issue.We have informed Our dev team and they’re will be working on a fix. This should be resolved in an upcoming update.
      – Catalog Visibility Toggle & Business Hours Not Displaying Properly:
      We tested this on our setup and everything appears to be working fine. You can refer to the screenshots below:

      The display issues you’re experiencing seem to be theme-related. To help troubleshoot this, we’ll need FTP access to your staging site. Also, please confirm if we can temporarily deactivate the theme and plugins to identify the root cause.

      1. Google Calendar:
      The Google Calendar settings page in the vendor dashboard (see screenshot: https://snipboard.io/ThvINU.jpg ) is only meant for syncing the google calendar.
      Now if you are looking for anything further or facing any issue could you please share a screenshot or short video of that. It would help us understand what might not be working as expected.
      2. All Bookings Page:
      Regarding the 404 error when clicking “All Bookings” , we’ve checked the flow on our end and found no issue (reference: https://snipboard.io/L0mQKO.jpg ).
      To help us replicate and resolve the issue on your staging site, please share the FTP access details. This will allow our team to investigate the problem directly and provide a solution.

      Regarding the issue where All Bookings redirects to a 404 page, we’d like to let you know that this issue have occurred in the latest version of the Bookings module.
      Our development team has identified the issue and will be working on a fix. Kindly allow us some time- this will be addressed in an upcoming update.

      Thank you for the update.

      As mentioned earlier, since we were unable to connect using the FTP credentials you provided, we suggested an alternative for a quicker resolution. If you could add the code snippet we shared earlier to the functions.php file of your active theme, it will add a label to each script on your site. This will help us identify which scripts are being loaded and easily dequeue the one causing the issue.

      Alternatively, if you prefer, we can wait until the FTP credentials are updated to proceed with further troubleshooting.

      Regarding the Google Drive link – we’ve granted access, and you should now be able to download the updated plugin and test it on your end.
