      Hello,

We have introduced tab module in the shop page in WCMp 3.7. Kindly share a admin and vendor access (staging site) and FTP access so that our team can check the issue and resolve it.

While sharing the access, please mark the reply as private.

      Hi,

The current version of the theme is what is causing the issues and I feel as though I don’t have an option but to roll back to the old plugin. I will create a staging environment and share the details asap.
      Thanks,
      Sameena

      Hello,
It seems that many of us on this forum have this problem with different themes. I also have this problem with the twentyseventeen WordPress theme. Thank you for allowing us to fix this problem.

Same problem with my theme. I even re-installed WCMP 3.6.0 to get my site working again and now my product pages do not work. All the product images and info are hidden. 3.7.0 must have changed something in the core of my site.

It seems that it puts the product pages in some sort of “forced mobile” view. Attached is a screen shop on a desktop and 1 on a mobile device. The mobile device image you are able to see information but it still hides the product image. You can also see that it caused a “critical error” located by the “add product” button.

@chris hartley, @boutique, as you can see from version 3.7, we have redesigned the vendor list page. Now at the time of developing the page, we always follow standard woocommerce coding procedures.

We did check the vendor list in the twenty-seventeen, didn’t face any such issue.
So, can you please create a separate support ticket and share your staging site access (admin and FTP) so we can look and help you out.

I spoke to our theme developer, and they advised this has caused some bugs on their side. I therefore rolled back to an earlier version for now.

      Hey Moumita,

I have created a staging environment for your testing.
Let me know if you need anything else from me to get started?
      Thanks,
      Sameeena

@Allhighstreets, kindly share the admin and vendor access (STAGING site) and FTP access and our team will be debugging your site.
