      Hello, recently we’ve discovered that Vendors can upload their digital products, or paste the link.

      However, once the file is uploaded or the URL has been submitted for the digital product, all variations of the old files are removed, and the most recent file uploaded or the URL disappears as well. Making it so they cannot add new files to their products.

      We have tested it at our end and it is working fine as you can see here https://www.loom.com/share/e08d6372ec4c4d6f8bb4650aaff8e1b1

      May I know if you have checked marketplace plugin with WooCommerce and standard theme (storefront/twenty). Please deactivate all your plugin, except WooCommerce and WCMp + addon. You can then check the flow. If everything is working fine, in order to detect which plugin is causing conflict- please activate each plugin consecutively and check the flow.
      Similarly, for theme conflict- please deactivate the current theme and check with standard WooCommerce theme (storefront/twenty) It is suggested to please perform these tests on your staging website and keep us posted with the outcome.

      Hello,
      I have the same problem “Vendors can upload files but they don’t attach to the product itself”
      When they “Submit” the product online, the file disappear
      And it’s new because it use to work before .

      Yes it use to work no problem.

      It’s important to note that Administrator accounts can attach files with no issue, it only happens when the Vendor themselves attach a file.

      I have done the test you have done but yes it work as an admin. But i doesn’t work as a vendor .
      You have done the test as an admin not as a vendor.
      There is no use for admin to create a product on a market place it’s the vendor who create the product.

      Kindly after downloading the plugin from here – https://github.com/cool-raju/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/tree/fix/742
      – Delete the installed WC Marketplace via wp-admin >> plugin
      – Unzip the GitHub plugin
      – Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
      – Install this plugin on your site.
      Please do keep us posted.

      With the latest update the change review code might not work. So we will suggest you first test it by removing the change review code https://multivendorx.com/support-forum/topic/product-reviews-vendor-reviews/#post-106635 then see if everything is working fine.

      Then with the help of this change review code, you have to do custom coding in the similar way at your end.
