      here is my staging site.
      https://closetdrop.webstein.com.au/

If customer rent product from this vendor
      https://closetdrop.webstein.com.au/vendor/sloane-st/
the vendor will get 90% of their commission

      if purchase from other vendor
      example:
      https://closetdrop.webstein.com.au/vendor/maysonjmiles/
the vendor will get 100% of their commission

what we trying to do is set 100% commission for all vendor.

currently we use default astra theme (without customization) just for testing purpose.

Hi Simon Thomas,Thank you for reaching out to us.

It looks like the vendor-wise commission for the vendor Sloane St has been set to 90%, which is why their commissions are being calculated accordingly. To verify this, please navigate to your admin dashboard and go to MultiVendorX > Vendors. Locate the vendor details page for Sloane St, and check the commission settings under the “Payment” tab (you can reference this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/VBa1ZEhwDmff).

Since you want all your vendors to receive 100% commission on their product sales, you’ll need to set the global commission to 100% and adjust the revenue-sharing mode to “Vendor Commission” (here’s a guide: https://prnt.sc/yEWKihaD0cGi).

Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.

@Simon Thomas, thanks for sharing the access details. We reviewed your site and found that the commission for the “Business” membership plan is set to 100%. This means vendors under this plan should receive 100% of the product price as their commission.

To ensure accuracy, we’ve set other commissions to 0 on your end. We recommend placing orders again with the vendor who received a lower amount to verify that the commission is being correctly generated.

If the issue persists, please create a staging site that is an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site URL, along with temporary admin and FTP access. This will allow us to investigate further by deactivating plugins and themes as needed.

Also, when sharing access, please remember to mark your reply as private..

Hi Simon Thomas, May we deactivate plugins and themes on your shared site and place test orders to further investigate the issue?

Yes you can deactive any plugin, change theme add new user and test order.
the current https://closetdrop.webstein.com.au/ is a staging site.
so feel free to do the testing. but let me know what you do to fix this as we need to apply it to the live site.

      Hello, Thank you for confirming.
We have updated the MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro plugins to their latest versions and set the global commission to 100% (see screenshot: https://prnt.sc/auzlWPwJTMpa). As a result, the specified vendor on your end in now receiving 100% of the product amount as commission.

Please verify this on your side and let us know if you need any further assistance.
