As many others have pointed out in the forum, this is unethical behaviour. To just rebrand WCMP and then expect all your customers to buy another much more expensive subscription to get the same functionality they already had is ridiculous. In addition making this a forced update and breaking basic functionality is costing your customers hours in debugging time trying to work out what is happening.

We will go with Option D: cancel our subscription and switch to another marketplace plugin.

Good luck with your business practices.

Hi, we just had the same problem and didn’t find out until a customer asked why their checkout wasn’t working.

It then took 10 hours of debugging time until we found this thread.

Maybe you need to notify all users of WCMP about this issue and how to resolve?

Also I must add that we needed to deactivate frontend manager, and other wcmp extensions before deactivating and deleting WCMP – as it didn’t work without doing this.

Hi ok, I see the problem was I had both advanced custom fields and advanced custom fields pro activated. If I just leave the pro one then there is only one field showing.

The calendar popup isn’t working for date fields still, but text fields are working fine.

so just confirming that toolset types works fine in the normal admin, but fields don’t display in the advanced frontend manager. And the error message

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Types_Field_Group_Post_Factory’ not found in…….

as mentioned above shows where the fields should be

No there is no problem if I deactivate toolset types. But then I can’t get any additional fields in products.

Hi, I have setup a dev site and disabled all plugins except for: advanced frontend manager (3.2.5), wc-marketplace (3.5.18), toolset types (3.4.7), woocommerce (4.9.2)

I have updated and set theme to twenty20.

I have added a toolset type custom text field to products.

Logging in as a vendor and then viewing a product, where the field should be displayed is the same error as previously:

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Types_Field_Group_Post_Factory’ not found in var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/wcmp-frontend_product_manager/classes/integrations/class-wcmp-afm-toolset-integration.php:68 Stack trace: #0 var/www/html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(287): WCMp_AFM_Toolset_Integration->toolset_fields_panel(3168) #1 var/www/html/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(311): WP_Hook->apply_filters(”, Array) #2 var/www/html/wp-includes/plugin.php(478): WP_Hook->do_action(Array) #3 var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/templates/vendor-dashboard/product-manager/edit-product.php(230): do_action(‘wcmp_afm_after_…’, 3168) #4 var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor/classes/class-wcmp-template.php(38): include(‘/var/www/html…’) #5 var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/dc- in var/www/html/wp-content/plugins/wcmp-frontend_product_manager/classes/integrations/class-wcmp-afm-toolset-integration.php on line 68

    Hello

That first screenshot you sent me above doesn’t have a cost of goods field, only price. Do you understand these are two different things?

Cost of the goods is what the vendor paid for the product from their suppliers
Product price is what the vendor is selling the product for.

Product price minus cost of goods = profit.

Hi please see the image on this link:

    costofgoods

This is from this plugin which has a lot of extra features, but it would be sufficient just to add another field to record the cost price of the product so that profit can be calculated.

    Hi, please see this image.

    cost-of-goods

You’ll see that this extension does a lot of other things, but the main thing we need is just a field to store the cost of the product.
