Just like I wrote in the title? theres no where in my dashboard I can find it…we seriously did not pay $293 for a plufin that doesnt work in pro because it got updated to your new MultivendorX (I did not ask for it I used WC Markedplace before and had no problems…)

Am very angry sorry but this is just not ok..

From 4.0 version, WCMp is rebranded as MultivendorX. Also, now MultiVendorX Pro, contains all the paid addon’s feature in it.

So, in order to migrate to multivendorx pro, you may opt for any three options :

Option A

We will share MultivendorX with the module you need. i.e. if you had only Frontend Manager, then you can only use Frontend Manageraddon’s feature in the MuliVendorX Pro.
But you can’t update the plugin after this, as this is one time solution only.
To receive future updates and support, we would request you to purchase MultiVendorX Pro from here https://multivendorx.com/pricing/ and opt for option B or Option C

Option B

We will give you coupon discount based on the month left of your subscription, and you can use MultiVendorX Pro

i.e. if you have purchased Advance Frontend of 100 USD and purchased this on 1st January. Then you have left 2 month in your subscription. So you will get coupon code of 100*2/12 = 16.6 => 17

Option C
You can opt for trail version of MultivendorX Pro for a month and based then opt for the Option B
But please note, in order to use Option C, you need to give us some details regarding your site and small testimonial. Only then we can give you API key for the one month free trial.

I have the grow subscription and just got renewed September 29 2022. so I need for all the addons specially the RnB Booking and Frontend but really all (I payed for it)… (I cant use a half solotion, and if I cant have an full upgrate consider my request for a full refund, its less the 1 month ago I renewed for a year…)

Just look me up and update my account so it works – thanks

we’re in the same boat, paid 2 months ago for a year…now told its only worth 2 months!

Make sure you have MultivendorX last version plugin on your site
then download the file you have in you’r account, API Download about MultivendorX Pro in your website extension.
Then go on MultivendorX in license put ur keys in MultivendorX Pro, press save until you see activated.
If it take some time refresh the page and redo the process until you see activated.
Then make sure you update MultivendorX and MultivendorX Pro to their last update.

Did work for me.
