I am not able to access the loco plugin’s settings in your site.++++ It is currious that you cannot access my plug in. It is working here.

Please note, we send both weekly and Monthly report mail. But you should receive the mail only once. You might be using some SMTP plugin.++++ I will try your advise for WP-CONTROL. I don’t use a plugin SMTP. Should I?

But you can test it++++ So the most important thing to solve is the table rate shipping (I’m wondering what I do wrong) and the WCMP membership.
As you can see the version 5.7 for wordpress is ready to install but I’m so affraid to scrap my website. Have you test it on your side?Good morning

For the first problem listed, the checkbox was already checked. But with the response you gave to us, I unchecked and re-checked it, just to try it. And now, it is working! Thank you for this quick one 😀Claire

I lost the menu to see and add vendor types. I can see my old types but cannot create anymore.I’m desappointed about the wcmp product even if you give me an excellent service.
For now, I’m in test but I have to be in real in 3 weeks. I need to solve some problems but I cannot advance if we talk to us every 24 hours.
My webmaster is willing to work during the night in order to talk to you and solve all our bugs.
We have to had a person responsable for our website. We are able to pay for this EXTRA service but we need it in a hurry.
I hope you understand my point of view.

Yesssss, 🙂 it is working!!!! I downgrade to PHP 7.3 and it is working now. I did not test everything on the site but this problem is solve.
I’m really HAPPY.
I don’t know how you test it and find that it was a PHP isssu. Do you think I could find it myself?
