Hi, thanks for reaching out to us.
We tried to recreate this on our end but didn’t face any such issues.
It seems like there is some plugin/theme conflict. Just to be sure, disable all the plugins except WooCommerce, WCMp, and check again.
If the issue is still there, switch to some default theme such as twenty and check again.

Thanks for the reply. I tried it with a default theme and it works, however invested over 500 hours working and customizing on my current theme so switching to another theme is not really an option. Is there a fix I can try for this so I can continue using your plugin and my theme?

If I make my window smaller I can see more of the profile, however there’s still no option to scroll down.
