Supplier page – review area – send button not working

    Hi,

    We are testing the function of adding review to the supplier, via it’s page : https://usatos.com/furnizor/wss/reviews/
    On this page we can enter text, select rating (1 to 5 stars) but when we try to push Send, it will not do anything.

    As you can see, there is no issue with submitting the review. However there is one issue with review start display, we will check and give you css.

    Also can you share that user’s access who is submitting this review.

    It happens on every user created as a test and used as a buyer to leave feedbacks.
    Can you help with CSS promised? maybe that will do the work

    It seems like there is some theme /plugin conflict on your end . Just to be sure, kindly deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce , MultiVendorX and MultiVendorX Pro and check again .

    we received a response from Avada but it seems it’s a javascript of the multivendor plugin issue.
    i’ve attached their response and the screenshot provided with the issue
    we need a solution for this, please. it’s been over a month since when we created this topic.

    We have added a fix in our GitHub for this issue .
    So, after downloading the plugin from here – https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX.git follow these steps :
    – Delete the installed MultiVendorX via wp-admin >> plugin
    – Unzip the GitHub plugin
    – Rename the folder as “dc-woocommerce-multi-vendor” and remove the master tag. Now, zip this folder again.
    – Install this plugin on your site.

    Also please keep a backup of your live site before installing this plugin version there . .
    Please do keep us posted.

      Could you try again the staging website? now it’s a 100% copy of the original and that problem mentioned exists in staging also
      You can use the same login details and information that we provided in May 16th

    Adding jQuery Migrate Script would temporary fix this issue –

    .size()

    Copy

    it is deprecated as of jQuery 1.8,

    .length

    Copy

    property should be used instead
