You can try to update the plugin from Wp-admin >> Dashboard>> Updates.Else, you can download the plugin from here also : https://multivendorx.com/my-account/api-downloads/

Hi Sangita
The first option doesn’t work. I don’t want to use the second option because I paid for pro and I expect it to work as all plugins do. You are a big company and I would expect a higher level of professionalism.
Please tell me how I can resolve this issue so it works as intended with wordpress.

Zia, as much as we want to help you out, the issue you are facing is from your server end.
It might happen that our IP/domain is blocked. Hence your server is not sending the request to our server for the update.
Kindly contact your server admin regarding this issue. If they need any help from us, do let us know.
