Hi,
I would like for the vendor check-out page to show different T&Cs to the customer check-out page.
I notice that multivendorx makes use of the same check-out pages for a membership subscription package as the standard customer product check-out pages.
These are 2 different profiles and we require to have different T&Cs shown (see https://ibb.co/wWW0RwQ).
Please advise how this can be done. -

@Picflick The membership plans are added as WooCommerce products only. That is why check-out pages for a membership subscription package use the same page as the standard customer product check-out pages.
However you may use a plugin like this https://wordpress.org/plugins/terms-and-conditions-per-product/, please note we haven’t tested this plugin on our end. -

Thanks for the fast response.
This may work, however only the premium version allows T&Cs per category.
Is there a way for me to have it as one of the items in the registration form? (like https://ibb.co/mDxLrSc). How can I embed a hyperlink there?
Thank you -

@Picflick You can add a hyperlink in the question section of the registration form. For this,
– Create the page for the Terms and Condition.
– Write the Checkbox Label name asTerms & Conditions
CopyTerms & Conditions

Thank you. This sounds positive, but I am not understanding – sorry.
The page is called: https://picflick.co.za/terms-and-conditions-photographers/
The check-box label is called: Terms & Conditions
What do I put in the other 2 fields (see https://ibb.co/JkLFy5s).
Thanks! -

We have checked this but it is not possible to insert a hyperlink in the registration settings page. Our team is looking for some alternative solution for this. Once we get a solution we will surely let you know.

Additionally, I want to hide these 2 areas (circled in red here: https://ibb.co/jg2gBn7) when they are checking out with a subscription package. Maybe using an if statement
Please access our check-out page to see https://picflick.co.za/checkout/. The elements are:
<div class=”woocommerce-privacy-policy-text”>
<div class=”woocommerce-additional-fields”>
Please assist with this custom code. Thanks -

We will surely let you know once we find a solution for the above stated issue.
Now the checkout page is controlled by Woocommerce. We do not have anything to do with the sections present in this page. You may refer to some coding snippet available over net like https://avada.io/woocommerce/docs/remove-checkout-fields.html -

Hi,
It will not be possible for me to use that plugin.
I need your assistance to write code that will remove certain elements (div class=”woocommerce-additional-fields”).
This can be done either 1 of 2 ways… if the product category=36185 or
if the product = 16340, 16652, 16653.
Please assist with this simple if statement
Thanks, -

Unless I just add a check-box on the registration page (https://picflick.co.za/vendor-membership/).
Is it possible for one to add an insert/i-frame of the T&Cs (like attached) and for vendors to accept it there?

@Picflick Not to worry. We will add a setting to add terms & conditions checkbox in the vendor registration form in our next MultiVendorX update. You can keep track of the issue from here https://github.com/multivendorx/MultiVendorX/issues/506.

HI, I have not seen a new version released that solves this issue? On the link you shared, someone has been working on it for 5 days already – what is the hold up please?!

We have added option to add Terms & conditions in the vendor registration form in our latest update. Kindly update MultiVendorX to its latest version and check.

I cannot confirm this as when I installed the update there is a bug – The ‘memberships’ tab is missing!? (see: https://ibb.co/HH8VTRF). I have installed the latest version and enabled the module (see https://ibb.co/BL3BTxP).
You need to urgently resolve!

Hi @moumita
Following up on this custom code request please (see above).
When the user checks-out with the subscription products I want to remove 2 elements (see circled here: https://ibb.co/jg2gBn7) div class=”woocommerce-additional-fields”.
This can be done either 1 of 2 ways… if the product category=36185 or
if the product = 16340, 16652, 16653.
Please assist with this simple code. Thanks -
