Hi,
2 Questions please:1. Where does this text on the back-end config page appear on the sign-up page? – https://ibb.co/yQ9L2S2. I do not see any fields showing it when I go to the front-end page (https://picflick.co.za/vendor-membership)
2. I would like to add text above the Vendor Registration Page but it doesnt show. See here what I would like to do: https://ibb.co/H4kzC1T.
Now I added that custom text under Pages just above the [vendor_registration] shortlink. And I set the registration page under General to: Vendor Registration (see https://ibb.co/QNQG6jp). However, when the vendor navigates to https://picflick.co.za/vendor-membership and selects their subscription level, the URL stays at vendor-membership and does not change the vendor-registration. Is this an error? (see here: https://ibb.co/b63p8Lf)Please assist. Thanks

Equally if you want to add text in the vendor membership page then you can add text here under pages above vendor membership short code (https://prnt.sc/HXcLeS8zoLnp) and that will be shown on this page https://multivendordemo.com/test/test1/vendor-membership/ (https://prnt.sc/atkw_KexDoYB).
Not to worry, this is not an error. If the users click on the vendor membership page and after selecting a subscription pack the page url will be the same. The url will be on the vendor membership page only. -
Thanks very much for this detailed response. The video explains well and I understand that text can be inserted on the page before and after the shortcodes for it to appear.
HOWEVER…
The journey of my website is for users to select a subscription level and that navigates them to registration. The error is that the the fields (in #1 above do not appear) AND the URL does not change to vendor-registration so I cannot insert any text before and after the form.
How do we resolve this?

Now let me explain this to you.
As we can see from the video you are going to the Vendor membership page and after selecting the subscription package you are still in vendor membership page only(check the url) hence you will need to add the text you want to appear before and after in the vendor membership page before and after the membership short code https://prnt.sc/3QBUas78DJrX. And then the texts entered will be shown here https://multivendordemo.com/test/test1/vendor-membership/.
We checked the flow of vendor registration and found out that when membership module is not activated if a user clicks on the vendor registration page then they get to see the fields(https://prnt.sc/-KOMPFsPWgPM) added in the vendor registration settings (https://prnt.sc/OgQRbHMZpqO1) but when membership module is enabled it is not shown on the vendor registration page (https://prnt.sc/XSk7P_wLsnc9).
Not to worry , I have conveyed this to our developer team and they will add an enhancement in the above stated flow so that the fields will always be displayed even if the Marketplace membership module is enabled. -
