    Can customer questions be passed to the seller without admin approval? . This means that they are approved by the same seller

    Hello @desarrollo, thanks for getting in touch with us.

    According to our default workflow, when a customer sends a question, both the admin and vendor can view that question. Hence, vendors can see those queries without requiring admin approval. However, for the question to be displayed on the frontend, either vendor or admin needs to approve them.
