Hi,
We are facing the same issue again. The issue was resolved last time by modding some file in “Woocommerce Catalog Enquiry Pro”. But with the latest update of “CatalogX – Product Catalog Mode Pro For WooCommerce” the issue has started again. We have modded the plugin to fix the issue for now. Also we are having issues activating the plugin using Product Order API Key. We could only activate it using the Master API Key.
Kindly request you to push the fix in an update as soon as possible.
Thanks

@penny, Sorry to hear you’re still facing issues. We haven’t made any recent changes that should cause this error, and however just to be fully sure, we tested the flow on our end without encountering the problems you described.
Now as you are facing issues on your end we would request you to create a staging site where the issue can be replicated and share the staging site URL, along with temporary admin and FTP access. This will allow us to investigate and assist you further. Remember to mark your reply as private when sharing these details.
Regarding the license activation issue with the Product API, it does not make any change if you use the product API or master API to activate the license key. As the license activation is working fine with the master API key so you can use that for activating your plugin.
We look forward to receiving the requested access details.

Hi Sangita,
Please have a look at your reply here where you mentioned that the changes will be pushed in the next update, but it seems they were not pushed with the recent update and thus reverted the mod back to the old code which again denied the admin from accessing the messages.
We are also facing a issue with this recent update where the successful enquiry submission message flashes for a second after submission and shows empty enquiry cart.

@penny, We apologize for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. To best assist you, we kindly request you to create a staging site that exactly replicates your live site and then provide us with:The staging site URL, Temporary admin credentials, FTP access details.
This will allow us to investigate the issue thoroughly and work towards a resolution.
