Customer Queries tab stopped showing customer enquiry form details in the enquiry chat after recent updates. It creates an entry for the enquiry but does not show the details entered by the customer in the enquiry form.

Hello There, Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue on your end. But we have checked the flow on our end with the current versions of the plugins and the flow is working fine. Kindly check the video here https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/27315289?key=2510dc697c45a2d2ad12c675171171c4.
It seems there might be some theme/plugin conflict on your end and as a result you are facing the issue. Just to be sure deactive all plugins except WooCommerce, Product catalog enquiry and Product catalog enquiry pro on your end and switch to some default theme such as twenty twenty four or storefront and check again.
If still the issue persists please do create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site URL, temporary admin and FTP access of your staging site with us so that we can check the issue on your end and help you accordingly.
Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private.

@penny, Our team has successfully debugged the issue on your end and discovered that the admin user you’re logged in as doesn’t possess the role of super admin. Our coding dictates that only the super admin receives details of the enquiry, hence the issue arose.
However, no need to worry! Our team has implemented a fix on your end, and the flow is now functioning smoothly for all admin users. Please double-check carefully on your end.
Furthermore, if everything functions properly on the staging site, we recommend adding the fixed plugins from the staging site to your live site as well. Rest assured, we’ll include the same fix in our next update.
