KeymasterHi there,
Sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an issue with the withdrawal. We’ve checked the process on our end and did not encounter any issues.
Since the problem is occurring on your end, please check your settings by navigating to Admin Dashboard → MultiVendorX → Settings → Disbursement and confirm that everything is configured correctly. Additionally, please review the WooCommerce logs on your end and let us know if you find any related error details.
Alternatively, you may create a staging site (a replica of your live site) and share the staging URL along with temporary admin and FTP access. This will allow us to investigate the issue directly and assist you further.
While sharing the access details, please remember to mark your reply as private.
Looking forward to your response.

KeymasterHello there, Thank you for sharing the access details.
We checked your site and found that when we added our test PayPal account, the withdrawal request was processed successfully. This indicates that the issue is likely related to the admin’s PayPal account. Kindly verify that there are sufficient funds available in the admin PayPal account.
We also recommend checking with the PayPal support team to review the transaction logs for further clarification.
Please let us know if you need any further assistance from our end. We’ll be happy to help.
