Good morning.
I have your free plugin installed and configured on the WooCommerce of one of my clients and, although your plugin recommends that we update PHP to version 8.0 or 8.1, if we update PHP to those versions, your plugin stops working properly: Every product that runs out of stock gives a 500 error.
Can you help us?

Sorry to hear that you have faced an issue. But we have tested the full flow on our end but did not face any such issue mentioned by you.
Now as you are facing issues on your end kindly enable the debug log and share a product page link where you are facing the issue. -

Hi, I’ve been getting a lot of warnings when activating debug mode.
We are going to deactivate the visual debug because otherwise we are losing too many sales.

Kindly deactivate the plugin on your once and then activate it again.
Then check whether everything works fine with the current version of the plugin.
Also please do keep us posted. -

Sorry to hear that you are still facing the same issue on your end. Kindly create a staging site that should be an exact replica of your live site and share the staging site url, temporary admin and FTP access with us.
Also while sharing the access don’t forget to mark your reply as private. -

Hello.
I have installed your plugin on a clean install of WordPress + WooCommerce + PHP 8.1. Then, I have created a product without stock to activate your functionality. And the problem occurs there too.
We can’t create a staging site at least for the moment, but with all due respect: Just install your plugin, activate php 8.0 or 8.1 on the server and test yourself that your plugin doesn’t work.
We are thinking about changing plugin for this functionality.
We will look at this ticket again on Monday to see if they have been able to fix it and then make a decision.

Hi Chipweb, we tried to recreate the issue, however we tried all the scenario , still we don’t have those errors.
But we added further checking on our end. Kindly install the plugin from this zip and test https://www.transfernow.net/dl/202403015k6dAk6n
Let us know whether this fixed the issue.

We have installed your patched plugin and activated php 8.1, but the problem still persists:
Here you can see it, for example: https://tesorosdelamarca.com/producto/la-verdad-esoterror/

@chipweb, as we are not able to recreate the issue on our end, hence we need to debug this on your end.
Please share a temporary admin, ftp access so we can check.
